Insurance appraisal and umpiring services
Home and business owners are often dissatisfied with the settlements offered by insurance companies. The appraisal clause contained in each policy provides you with an option to select an independent third party who will meet with the insurance company's appraiser.
If the two appraisers agree on the scope and costs of your damages, they will settle the amount of loss. If they cannot agree, they will select an impartial umpire, and the written agreement of any two of the three shall set the amount of the loss. If you do not approve your settlement offer, appraisal is your right under most policies.

Our staff are experts in the use of Xactimate, an industry-standard estimating program that insurance companies have adopted. Additionally, we are familiar with the special challenges complex and bespoke claims bring.
We know when to deviate from the software programs to ensure you get all the compensation you are entitled to. We write solid estimates, including custom materials, construction methodology, building codes, manufacturers' specifications, and state statutes.

Property inspection & consultation
One of our experts will examine your damages, discuss your insurance, and make a recommendation regarding your claim. However, if we move forward, a fully executed contract is required for expert public adjusting to represent you with your insurance company.
